Please tell me what you think of my story?

Two weeks ago a panic stricken woman burst through her dining room door. One wouldn't be blamed for resolving that she was a mental patient. her hands dangled high above her head, her hair stood on end, and her eyeballs bulged dangerously out of their sockets, she looked like she'd seen a ghost. for those several minutes Tom saw no trace of the woman that had been his aunt for 13 straight years.

"the furniture is flying!" she wept at the top of her voice, one foot out of the front door. the poor woman wasnt neurotic the dining room chairs and table were indeed swimming through the air, and her nephew had everything to do with it. Nevertheless like on all previous occasions he had to pretend like he was completely innocent and in keeping with that he rushed into the dining room.

"But aunt everything seems perfectly normal in here. you must have had a tad too many glasses of lager this morning."
"what are you talking about?" cried his aunt as she warily retraced her steps back to the dining room, "I could have sworn... I don't get it." she said in a half whisper as she looked around at the furniture that wasn't an inch out of where they should be in a world ruled by gravity. "Tom I'm not crazy, I saw-"
"you saw what aunt?"
"the furniture was floating. I'm not crazy I saw what I saw?"
"maybe you saw what you wanted to see, my human science teacher told me that sometimes-"
"Shut up boy I'm not crazy!"
