I have 4 all cloth Parson's chairs. the fabric didn't come treated with any stain resistant product.
Spraying with Teflon fabric protector is minimally effective but I don't know anything better.
So treat it yourself with scotchguard or some like product. just make sure to let them thoroughly dry before using, and if something does get spilled then wipe it up right away. this should only cost you about $10.
Scotch Guard - it's the only way.
