My husband and I are going to get a highchair for our son who is 6 months old within the next week. There are so many choices and it's hard to determine what to get because this is our first. I have thought long and hard about it and decided I want to buy one for $50-$100. I want it to be durable, long lasting, functional for me, easily folded up, unisex, and cute. It being cute isn't my top priority but it's a small factor as it is going to be in my dining room for three or more years. I also want it long lasting because we're planning on have three children. we are thinking about the Fisher Price Easy Clean High chair. What do you think of this chair...do you think it'll get the job done? What highchair do you use and is it a good-quality chair? What are the qualities one should look for in a highchair?
Here's the site for the Easy Clean: http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2…
Thanks in advance for your advice and opinion!

The best thing would probably be to go to a store that sells a bunch of different brands of high chairs. try them all out. how easy is the tray to take off? Does its seem easy to clean? Does it fold up nicely? Also ask the sales person. they should know all there is to know about these chairs.
look for one that has a "one hand release" for the tray
Graco has a highhair out that is easy to clean and can fold us for storage
As long as the high chair is sturdy and doesn't tip easy , it should be ok. Sturdy is the key word.
Hello Lindsey, my niece got a Chicco Hippo chair that could be attached to the table and is very durable, safe, and portable and could hold up to 15kgs. you might want to consider this instead of a high-chair because you did mention easy fold up.
My son will be 6 months next month and he's using Stokke Tripp Trapp, this might be more expensive that your budget (it's about 150 euros) but it could be later converted to a regular sitting chair for a child up to 10 years old. I also choose this since Stokke is reputed for very ergonomic chairs so it will be really good for your child's back.
Fisher Price is good and been in business for a long time
